Here is the link for the FL14 kernel repack with Agat Recovery that dropped just moments ago:

It's based on stock FL14 kernel with recovery components used in Sprint's FL16/GA10 repacks. Of course this is Jellybean and for use with the Stock FL14 Jellybean ROM found here: [ROM][ODIN][TAR]SPH-D710VMUB FL14 (FL14 Modem/Kernel/ROM - Root/Stock)

I take no credit for this, just linking you to the repack kernel and the guy's responsible :)

UPDATE: Issues reported by some users. This repack kernel caused the following error for me and some other users:

For myself, flashing back to the stock FL14 kernel seemed to make the above issue disappear.

Im on the [ROM][ODIN][TAR]SPH-D710VMUB FL14 (FL14 Modem/Kernel/ROM - Root/Stock)....how do you install the [TAR][ZIP][REPACK] D710VMUB FL14 w/ Agat v0.3.2?

You'll need to have these Samsung drivers installed: http://www.mediafire.com/?c4w1614suyji15d

Once you have the Samsung drivers installed, you flash the TAR file with Odin. You can download Odin here: http://www.mediafire.com/?3vb842qbhe0dhfo

To flash with Odin, boot up Odin after its extracted. Select the saved TAR for the repack under PDA. Plug in phone via USB and you will see a COM port in Odin turn yellow. Select start and it will flash the repack kernel.

Someone correct me if I missed a step?

I just went through that & mine was blue as well & it worked fine for me. What was yellow though was when flashing the stock FL14 Jellybean ROM.

And yep, Odin Mode.
 
Im loving the rom i only have one problem ...i get some freezes ...not a lot but once here and there ....anyone having that problem?
 
it also started messing with my google account it freezes then reboots and my google account disappears and i can even enter google play

Edit: I now have jellybean working on my phone ...turns out i was getting confused with all the links on the other forum i kept flashing the wrong\old rom ...i installed the proper one now it working beautifully....the only problem is the blue led and the storage usb, sd storage problem with certain app but no big deal
