Nope, just expandable desktop mode. It's a custom option in the power menu when you hold down the power button. Hit it once to get rid of the buttons and status bar and when you want them back hold down the power button and disable it.

Yeah, you should look into LMT launcher and pie if you like the expandable desktop look.
