That IMEI number is useless :( it doesn't give me a firmware link, I don't know if it's because it's not meant to be used as a real phone or because they haven't released the firmware :(

I'm gonna save it though, it may be good later. Until then, I need another S/N or IMEI.
 
Also, this phone was originally made in August 2012!

i only got to that site because of the info on the back of the box that alfick3 posted. look at the bottom it should say Authorization ID znfms870 and something about the radios. so i Googled it lol and tada seems lagit LG engineering stuff about lte and cdma radios

I hope they put a better Music Player in the Spirit than the one in the Motion.

Volume+ works with Pandora, Slacker, XIaaLivePro, but not the default Music Player on the Motion, which is tepid at best.

Otherwise, I'll just hold out for the S-3 to drop to $300.00 again on Wirefly.

I thought the Motion already had good battery life? I remember watching the Motion forum right after it was launched and people were talking about amazing battery life; whole day vice 3 or 4 hours. Obviously not day and a half like the S3 or the Droid Razr Maxx, but still good life.

On another note; I went into one of my local Authorized Dealers a little bit ago. The nice lady there confirmed that it's supposed to be launched today sometime. She gave me one of the brochures (the same quad-fold one that refresh98 posted pictures of earlier). I went to look at it, and had to go back in and get a different one 'cause she'd given me a Spanish language version. I don't speak Spanish. :D

So the battery life got worse with newer ones? :confused: What'd they change or do to the phone/software to make battery life worse? What kind of life are we talking?

My sister-in-law got a Motion shortly after they came out. I asked her the other day about the battery life and she said she still gets all day use.

For me it last all day if I don't use it during school. With an hour use during school and then not touching it, it gets down to 30%

If i don't touch it during school, 60%

Firmware e is still being tested out :p
