Root possible cwm boot.

I had several beers. Then I had an idea. Use boot buddy then load the cwm recover with boot buddy. So then I rebooted and phone got to home screen and phone rebooted on its own and went to cwm.

Devs. Please improve on this.

To stop it from booting to cwm. I had to take out my external sd card. Which means you need a separate sd card to do this work around.

There is definetly a glitch. The phone went to cwm at boot. Then it never did it.again. Then some how i got to safe mode. Gonna experiment.some more

Ya the reboot recovery script from my second init mod if placed in boot buddy will continually boot you into cwm and wont stop unless the sd card is removed. Same with the recovery script from the 2nd init app.

If all that is needed to boot into recovery is this, and to boot phone is remove SD card, I would do this. Would definitely help people stuck in bootloops.

New idea, have 2 SD cards, a 1GB or less just for emergency's into CWM, and the other for regular use.

The emergency sd card should also have your restore Files

Im sure i have no idea what u r talking about sir.

As for the script location. If you flash the 2nd init mod then use the reboot recovery script and place in boot buddy folder. The script is found in the flashable zip so u can just extract it with root explorer or flash it and move the script.

Keep in mind that if the script is in your boot buddy folder then your phone will keep booting to cwm if the sd card is in.

Do bb_install on script manager, then copy and paste reboot_recovery.sh to the folder in your external sd. Look in system/xbin/2nd_init_mod. For reboot recovery file.
