Vanity Problems

Alright I'm having a bit of vanity problem with the phone so its nothing really serious for me but since I got the phone for my girlfriend and she is a perfectionist this really bothers her. I need to know if anyone else has this small problem and if there is anyway to fix it.

Okay so on the corner of the phone where the two halves come together, the screen/digitizer and the back of the phone (not the battery cover), is a bit loose so she can feel screen just slightly move up and down when she uses the phone. Im not exactly sure how to explain it very well but i put a pic pointing to what i mean. Maybe tightening a screw on the back would help? or if i clamp down the corner hard enough the corner will snap shut and wont be loose anymore? Any feeback would be appreciated guys, I dont want my girlfriend becoming anymore upset over this, it really bothers her lol, I love her but I know how she is with all her quirks <3

Take it to metro and get it replaced as factory defective...

You can even root and make a cwm backup to flash her stuff onto the new phone

Not exactly sure if I can do that seeing how it bought of Amazon: Amazon.com: LG Motion 4G LTE Prepaid Android Phone (MetroPCS): Cell Phones & Accessories I just put it in my carts and bought it.
I dont exactly have an invoice or a receipt from the delivery. Not even emails, deleted them awhile ago.

Shouldn't matter. I think
I've gotten plenty replacements and they've never asked for a receipt

Just as long as the phone is younger than 1 yr

Any phone with metro is cover by manufacturer against defects for 1 year from activation afaik

I think I experienced what you describe when I put in an SD card. The problem was that the case did not close entirely. A bit more pressure solved the problem.

Alright thanks guys, so my girlfriend was right about the 1 year warranty no matter what. I havent tried disassembling it yet, thats would probably be the 2nd to last thing I do. Ill see what I can do about it, when I see her. She usually keeps it in a case so she doesnt feel the phone slightly moved with use. Ill try a bit pressure, checking the screws, disassembling it, and if any of that doesnt work we''ll go to Metro

I would go to metro first, if they found out you disassembled it, they will never replace it.

On top of what sammy said...

Its really easy to tell if a phone has been disassembled. Most have a factory seal sticker that you cannot remove without evidence.
