For me in no particular order:

Titanium Backup Pro
4ext Recovery
FPSE (psx emulator)
ROM Toolbox Pro
Klink (tether data)
Tapatalk 2
TuneIn Radio Pro
Mobile Odin Pro
SwiftKey 3
eWeather HD

I have bought a few:

Titanium Pro
TuneIn Radio
Falcon Pro
PowerAmp

I also have Swiftkey Pro but now use Kii Keyboard instead

I haven't tried any of the paid apps but will definitely try the paid apps. Thank you so much for the information. Its always nice to gain knowledge that will help you in the future..

Have bought over 225 apps since I purchased my first android. Moto og droid way back when. All apps too. Don't really play games on my phone so maybe 15 or so are game purchases. I would have to think for awhile to pick the best. Although root, productivity, system, news/rss feeds and social apps probably would be at the top of the list. An app I just found out about, "Greeify"(root needed) is a fantastic app!

For me it's the following:

Liteflow
Tasker
PlayerPro
Kii Keyboard
HD Widgets
WeatherBug Elite
Cerberus
Jorte
Tapatalk
Nova Prime

There are many others I've purchased. Generally speaking, if I like a program and there is a paid version I will buy it just to support the devs as much as I can. Even if it really only just gets rid of the ads.

A better thread would be, "What programs have you bought that were a total waste of money!" I've got a bunch of those as well!!

I've bought at least 4 pro versions of different weather apps in my never-ending pursuit of a favorite.

I've purchased these since having a smart phone.

Office Suite Pro
TuneIn Radio Pro
Nova Prime
Angry Birds Space
Cat in the Hat
Smart Tools

If I feel an app is worth having and it's a pay version, I will pay for it to help support the developers.

Titanium Backup pro(best paid app ever for people who flash a lot of roms)
Splashtop 2
Falcon Pro
Tapatalk
RealCalc(premium)
Apex Pro
SwiftKey 4 now that flow is added.

I can't find greeify on the store?

My most favorite app would have to be Titanium Backup as well. I don't really buy much apps or games I'm poor lol. I estimate like 3 or 4 total purchases in the Google store.

There's others I would buy, but they seem to be donate ware and nothing specific - like do you get a key to remove ads.

Why purchase if you can get it for free.,
My opinion

Seriously? To support the devolpers for their work and to attract more devolpers.
Most apps are under $3, if you can't spare that for a person's time and work then you're hurting future android development. That affects all android users. If you like the app enough to download it you can at least pay for it. It's not as if they are expensive. When you support the app developers, you support and increase more development in android itself.
Food for thought.....

Most apps are under $3, if you can't spare that for a person's time and work then you're just being a cheapskate and hurting future android devolpment. That affects all android users. Don't be so cheap...if you like the app enough to download it you can at least pay for it. It's not as if they are expensive. Please don't say so,
There are some people's who cant afford that also.
So what,
If you are so rich then purchase na ,
Who is saying to u,
We are not so rich so we mod their apps,
And use it.
Hope thats enough for you.

Please remember to focus on the issues and not make it personal.

Taking someone's property (intellectual property when it comes to apps) without their permission is theft. Distributing it to others is piracy. Two things we don't condone or support. Plus, it's bad for your Karma. Don't do it.

There are plenty of free, sometimes ad supported, which if they truly offend you can be blocked, apps available in just about every category that makes any attempt at justifying piracy moot.
