Help storage issue help

Hi

My s2 keeps telling me i;m running out of internal storage space. This has been going on for a few months. So i delete an app clear cache or delete a pic.
However it is now getting to the stage where i have like 4 apps remaining and hardly any photos.
I clear data and cache a lot and i recently when into the factory menu and cleared the cache in there but it didnt change much. I only need to take a couple of photos and i get the low storage warning.
I bought an SD card to alleviate issue but again after moving whats apps i could to this after a few weeks low storage again.

Anyone have any ideas whats causing this? Ive included a screenie as it shows im hardly using any memory but still low storage.

how do you do that? and what data would i lose?

I get this every now and again, normally when i get an app update, not too sure what the actual solution is but i uninstall that app that requires updating and then redownload it and it seems to work.
