What is the best Internet browser that you use?

Opera mini, poor on features, but man is it fast! I use the stock browser sometimes for pages OM has trouble with.

There was a bug in the chrome beta that let you have full screen mode, but they fixed it :(

I use Opera Beta (nearly as fast as the AOSP browser) and Chrome (since its gotten a lot better recently)
 
I use Firefox and Chrome. Fx is not too speedy but integrates well with my computer's browser. I've been using it for years and just can't let go.

I was an opera mini user for years.. even back in the Java then Symbian days lol. For some reason when i got the s3, i didnt notice as much of a speed difference so stopped using it :-)
 
Chrome since day one, used to use Dolphin on my previous phone.

No other browser can beat the integration of chrome across all my devices in my personal experience (bookmarks, tabs etc)
 
I use Chrome and Dolphin. I like the way that Chrome syncs with my desktop browser, but I prefer Dolphin otherwise. It's funny how Dolphin has tabs at the top of the screen just like Chrome on the pc, but Chrome doesn't... for me it's a much better way to use tabs than Chrome's method where you have to tap on a tab button that opens another page of open pages, from which you then choose your page. In Dolphin you just tap on the tab at the top to swap tabs, and they even have the same shape as the tabs in desktop Chrome! Also Dolphin supports Flash and furthermore re-wraps text if you double tap to zoom in, just like the stock browser used to on my Desire, which means that you don't have to scroll from side to side as well as down in order to read an article..

I find myself both agreeing and disagreeing here. I've always been annoyed by the look of tabs in android browsers... ALL browsers on android are ugly to me, particularly the tabbed ones. I'd rather not look at them but their functionality is undeniable. I do dislike that button to get to the tabs screen on chrome. Its placement for me is really awkward. Although I am right handed, I tend to hold and scroll with my left hand (and thumb respectively) and type for the most part too (when in transit) and only jab at teh screen with my right hand when needed... Due to this, that tab button (it couldnt be further from my left thumb) is very awkward...

I do like how I can slide left or right to my previous or next tab, without pressing that button though. It takes a bot of practice, but if I know something I want is only a tab away, its easy to get to.

also, once in the chrome tab screen, I really like it. Its hard to close tabs with the X but again, tabs can easily be swiped off screen with my left thumb. I also REALLY like the tilt control to stack and unstack the tabs. It seems of little use in reality (although it helps with one handed browsing) but I find it kind of soothing.

I really like the tilt controlled stack of tabs as well. It's just nice and glides really smoothly and they seem to separate at exponential rates.

In Dolphin you can close the active tab just by tapping on it, so a double tap on any tab will close it - no need to close it with the X. Not as satisfying as swiping away in Chrome though, I admit. :)

Sometimes though I find Chrome annoying when I press back and the tab I'm on fades off the side of the screen, closed. :mad:

Actually that's reminded me of something I really liked about Opera Mini - if you pressed Back, it changed instantly to a cache of the previous page, without having to reload it. I wish more browsers did that.
 
Yeah I just had that back and the tab went off today. I'd never seen it before. I just wanted to go back a page....
