LOL Agent 007 thanks for making me feel like an idiot with your profile picture! I actually thought i saw a real live insect crawling on my screen and got a tissue for it....wow i really need some sleep!

I was chatting with Rob about some "incredible developments" (stay tuned) and shared your DOT-esque gripe... The staff were busting ass today trying to get the site not only back up and better performing, but also hardened and able to take the pounding that this thread is giving it. With that said, i've asked Rob (site owner) to PERSONALLY comment on your post. :cool: (fyi...it's all in good fun, no issues.) :) So if Rob makes an appearance, and i have it on good authority he will ;), everyone be on their best behavior!!!

Hmmm. 5/16 back cover add would suggest store availability during the week of 5/16 :eek:

That is unless a soft start for pre-orders and then store availability for purchase in mid May.... Looks like my original guess of 4/29 pre-order may still be correct......
 
in the midst of a confirmed release date frenzy, I've been holding on to my NE2 since October and just got a Verizon mailer that offers a free month of service(i.e. Credit toward my monthly access fee) if I would sign back up for a 2 year contract, offer good through May 7th. Perfect timing for an incredible launch!! Did any of you other holdouts get this in the mail?

And yeah I reposted this from earlier :)

Hopefully you saw my tongue firmly implanted in my cheek there Anon :p.
 
I dont think VZW is thru playin tricks on us. I suspect another doozy. Much earlier release, online perhaps. Maybe even tomorrow? Cell phone co's do historically like to release on Thursdays. The leaks of the VZW pages stating the 29th could have been intentional misinformation from a VZW as it was testing its systems for release?????

Did you miss the part where it says "Exclusive Cover of 4/25 Buyer's Guide"?
