Somebody from Best Buy should chime in, but for the inventory system to say that they will have them in stock on the 25th, a Sunday, seems like a release date... Surely they will not be getting a truck on Sunday and I would be willing to bet they wouldn't come in on a Saturday either. My guess is they will be arriving earlier in the week to be sold on Sunday in conjunction with the weekly flyer...

Good point! If you call a best buy store and simply ask when their deliveries arrive they will tell you the normal day of the week

I don't know what day we will sell it. Usually the inventory system is pretty good with the dates that are on it. But sometimes it's wrong. Regardless, at least at my store, if it sells on the 25th, then the phones will arrive in the building on the 21st (and i'll play with it on that day

i thought that exact same thing, just cause it's going to be in stock doesn't mean it will be for sale.
can anyone remember how this worked when the droid came out for best buy? i would be very down to buy from bestbuy if there aren't any fees (activation etc..) cause i was gonna order from vzw online where there aren't any fees like in-store

i hope you're right! it's sad, earlier i heard a commercial use the word 'incredible' and immediately looked up, and it had NOTHING to do with phones of course haha, pathetic.

I think that depends on the store. It will be much easier to do that at the verizon store though.

Usually if something is in stock, that means it is available to purchase. Not saying that is the case for this, but generally that is what it means.

That's the same thing I asked also. I need to know if I'm visiting Best Buy on the 25th. Maybe a few of the posters who work at Best Buy can eloborate.
