Root Google Keep?

Anyone have Google Keep working? I tried it in both UnlockedPotential and MobsterzSenseless and it doesn't even open. Force closes before I can see anything. I didn't see any issues in the reviews either.
 
Worked fine for me on Midnight ROM, crashes in UnSenseable as you described. Not a big deal for me as I don't have much use for the app at the moment.`

wow.. I am using it right now.. LOL on unSENSEable V2.0
are you trying to restore it or install it fresh?

try flashing the ROM and dont add any apps. add it straight from play store

Fresh. And I'm now getting random phone reboots after flashing this ROM lol. I hate it as of now xD.
 
I dont know pal. What hboot are you on??... What recovery.. ? Did you format all partitions(except SD card) then wipe dalvik cache before flashing..... A ton of peeps have flashed my ROM..... 2 or 3 experienced issues. Its also strange that you are having issues with Google keep. Those people also had issues with keep. All of them eventually got it worked out. Check the Thread. Maybe it could help you

I'll reply here :).
Hboot is 1.04, recovery is 4ext, I always format all and clear caches before I install roms. Idk what it could be. I thought the force reboots were from kernel tuner so I uninstalled that.
 
I bet you havent took the OTA updates yet ?

I would do that then get on jbear hboot 1.5 after you reroot

No I haven't done anything other than flashing ROMs ever since I rooted and s offed in September.

So I should do the RUU stuff get the OTAs and everything then get boot 1.5?

I dont wanna promise you that its gonna get your google keep going.....
But I always reccomend people do that If they already havent done so

OK :). Seeing as how it looks like a time consuming process I'll do it later lol. I'll post back my results. I like your ROM by the way ;).
 
Thank You .. Its not that time consuming... The whole process should take a hr..and you will be up and running. you can flash the RUU thru bootloader. then take OTAS ,update profile/prl. Then flash recovery thru bootloader... Then Rom thru recovery... And hboot thru bootloader...I have the files if you need them.. just pm me
 
Some who follow Google carefully think that Keep will last about 3 years and disappear. Google has repeatedly introduced new API's and canceled them as they just did with Reader.

Is it the kernel? Nscuicco said that Keep may have crashed on the old version of unSENSEable but should fine on v 2.0. Since I don't really know much about the first version...I'll assume that it used the same kernel as Mobster since it's based on Mobster. Now he's using Buttered Toast...so is that it? If not, what else did he change between the versions that's letting it work? <<---This is just me thinking, you don't have to answer it if you don't want to :p

Oh I know. I find these things quite simple and fast to do. By time consuming I meant waiting for my poor 4g signal to download all the files. (don't have wifi in this hkuse). Bit yea I guess you can pm me the required files. :).
