Man...i run to the post office and bank and i get back and i MISSED it....:mad::mad::mad:

But i must say...CONFLIPPINFIRMED is the best word EVER!!!!

Thank you sir!!!!!

So on this glorious TAX DAY where I must give uncle F'n sam a crap load of money I've come to the realization that since my NE2 is not even close (not elegible for any discounts till Oct) that I will have to fork out alot of cash for this phone that I MUST HAVE!.

I was wondering if I can get 500 (or any) of you great people to all send me $1 to help my cause that would be great! :D

Here's hoping their ordering system isn't messed up like it was when the Droid came out. I was eligible for NE2 yet the Droid was not shown on the upgrade screen. Had to call in an order and put up with rebate hassle.

This might be a scam, but here it goes...

Currently I have a Dare with the insurance. Can I call up Verizon and report my phone as lost. Then wait till the new one comes in the mail and the INC comes out. Then buy the INC and sell both Dares on ebay?

Sorry if I sound ignorant, I just don't know how it works?

Sure you could do that - but it is completely unethical and illegal. People who engage in fraud like this are the reason insurance (for all things) cost more than they should. (steps off soapbox).

Yes, it's fraud, and as soon as you report the one lost, it's ESN gets flagged, so it won't be able to be activated anyway.

waiting on wirefly.com to get it and sale it for $100 :)
i know u have to wait six months before u can upgrade again if i do but...once i get the incredible i will NOT be getting another phone for at least a year an a half. this phone has to be the phone that keeps my interest, i am sure it will!
1GHZ OLED 2.1 FTW!!!!!!!!!!

You could probably pull this off, but they'll be rendered useless so selling them won't work. Pretty sure if you report a phone as lost, they wipe the ESN from the database. You could sell them as "bad ESN" phones but you'll get a lot less for them.

Just saw this tweet from htc: htc

Our man Jonah is up! Incredible is alive...#99conf

and this tweet:
"douglaspowell1 New phone: HTC Incredible announced at #99conf "design=honest representation of the power of the device""

There's a Jonah over at Phonedog. Not sure if it means anything, but "Jonah is up" could possibly mean he has the phone to review. Maybe.

I did a quick Twitter search and found that @HTC99 is posting updates from the event.
Picture of Jonah from HTC presenting about the Incredible

EDIT: TOO LATE!

I think most memory cards use FAT32. With a universal OS limit of 32gb, it will be interesting to see how cards larger than 32gb will be supported in devices. Devices that support SDHC should support anything up to 32gb even if verizon doesn't sell 32gb cards, hence why they don't list it as supported or people would ask for one in store.
