I see we have a few VZW sales reps. I am trying to figure out how get my husband and I into Incredible.

We've been customers since 2000. Very satisfied with VZW service. Currently on AMERICA'S CHOICE II FAM SH PRI 700 ANY UNL N&W/IN CALL $60 2Y ... plus messaging.

... never even come close to exceeding the limits.

I am the 'main line' .... hubby is an 'add-on' for $15.00 Our monthly bill is never over $100. Lovin' it:)


I am due for NE2 on 19th of this month. Contract expires this August also.

GOAL:

both of us start using smart phones. I'll be using Incredible, but hubby is open to a less advanced Android 2.1 phone.

QUESTION:

What would you do if you were in my shoes?

sorry if I missed this on an earlier post. Any thoughts if this may sell out on the first day, then have to wait for the next shipment (at stores) like happened with the storm?
 
Question for any reps out there:

I am going to be renewing the contract on a different phone line than the one I plan on using the Incredible on....Is this possible going through the online ordering? Or will I need to go into a b&m store?

Yes it has been. Someone mentioned that they were enrolled before Feb. 2010 but were only getting $50, but that might be because of a lower rate plan. My rate plan is around $140. Family Share 1400 + unlmtd txt + 3 lines.
From what I understood from the CSR I talked to all they did in Feb. was adjust the credit you got back. The $30 credit used to be $50 and the $50 credit used to be $100. I asked them if I would alsobe eligible for $100 NE2 next time as well and they said no. Hope this clears it up.

Do BB employees have as much wiggle room as the corporate VZW do as far as NE2? The camera on my Storm is broken and I have insurance. My NE2 is up in July. I was hoping that I could get them to cut me a break.

I sure hope not! I'm planning on going there first thing in the morning tho!

Pre-order won't work for me because I need to transfer my contacts and ups/fedex don't deliver till afternoon!
 
I think my head is exploding. I have the worst headache ever! I'm sure it's due to over excitement after todays big announcement!!!! I'm waiting for whatever the drum roll is for....possibly a video. ??? Thought I would take this moment of silence to thank you all again for all the information you have been sharing. I really look forward to seeing you all on the new thread talking about our phones together.

I'd say Biels stripper scence in Powder Blue beats that. Shes got curves and in amazing shape, that takes a lot of hard work to look like that. And I'm a butt girl, and hers is amazing LOL ;)

Omg I had a full out dream about the Incredible, not just a small part like before. There were some verizon people at my house and I started talking bout the phone and talked up this forum a lot too lol they were telling me it would be out the 16-18th (I wish!) I woke up smiling and couldnt wait to tell you guys about it lol I....love....this.....plllllaceeee ;)
