Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

So Cooper is still having a tough time initially going to bed without a bottle... But he seems to be getting there. Didn't wake up at all. I'm hoping for only another week or so of tough times at bed time but that's all up to him. :rolleyes::D

When our Cooper was going through that, it was amazing what a little honest bribe accomplished "Hey,forget the bottle/pacifier for tonight and we'll go to ToyRUs tomorrow!"
 
Interview/meeting went well. The restaurant is huge, and so is the kitchen. Bread looks gorgeous. Going in on Tuesday morning after like 3 hours of sleep to work with them. It'll be long morning!

More good news: it hurt me, but I hurt anyway so I am determined to get fit and lose weight. Recall my 16-minute mile? Beat it today. I actually RAN...

Yes, RAN!

...the first half mile of a one mile run! It's a 12-lap mile on our track, and I ran the first 6 laps... walked 2... and then ran the last 4. Busted it out the last lap. 13 minute mile! :D

I'm closer and closer to running the whole thing, and then going more & more laps until I can RUN the full mile & a half in 15 minutes. That's my goal.

Got 15 pounds to lose, folks, and I am determined to lose it: in 2 months.

Also I'm glad to hear your son is coming along jmar! Mine is going to have to lose the Paci soon, it will be equally "fun"

So got something today :) Full disclosure, this is actually BB's kickstarter watch. She transferred ownership to me, after I expressed interest here. So I owe a huge thanks to her for making this possible.

I swear to god, if one of you guys post a pic of your Pebble again, I'm going to freak! :mad:
I really don't want a black one, and fortunately, I have other watches (and yeah, I guess my phone), but really want my white Pebble sooner rather than later. :rolleyes:
 
Yeah, well if it makes you feel better, BB ordered this one on the LAST day of kickstarter, and they have been making colored lenses for at least a week now. So your time is near, Dread! Plus most of the bugs are getting worked out by the first group, so your's will be working good! :)
 
What apps do you have syncing with it so far?
I noticed the official Pebble app has been updated a few times and there's another one out there that basically does what Tasker can.
Also, since I'm really not much of a BT user, how far have you been able to take your watch from the phone and it still connects?
 
I still can't decide what ROM to try! I've been running bare bones for a week now as I agonize in indecision. Any help, friends?
 
Dammit, this summer is going to kill me. I need to replace my smashed N7, I want an Ouya, and I broke my watch last June and want a pebble as a replacement. I may only be able to swing 2 out of three.
