What does that app do? It is installed in /system/app and there is an odex file too.

I'm asking because this app is on another LG phone called the LG Optimus Dynamic and someone else is asking what it's for. Thanks in advanced.

That seems to be one of those that facilitates phone calling/receiving functionality.. it's one of the supportive services in that chain, I believe, and has subtle differences from carrier to carrier.

I think it's one of those that gets overwritten if the device sim card is changed for global or different carriers.

I am not 100% of any of that.
