Random Thought Thread

I guess I'll be smelling like fresh breezes of sunshine today, after I accidentally mixed up my yellow bottle of spray on body lotion with the yellow bottle of febreeze air freshener spray!!

I don't like to kill spiders or insects that come into the house, or that I encounter in the attic or garage. I'll most often capture it in a styrofoam cup and release it over the back fence into the big field behind the house.

This time, however, it was a wasp. One of those mud-packing ones that capture spiders, keep them alive with a sort of anesthetic bite, lay eggs on the spider and pack the lot in a pear sized mud nest. The babies hatch and feed off the live spider then leave to mate and repeat the process.

I am fascinated by the process, and have watched it many times on the eve overhang of my house in various locations. But anyway, this time the wasp was in the house and had something large under its thorax/body (presumably a live spider). It seemed to want to do its thing up in the wall/ceiling corner of the den.

Try as I did, for about 30 minutes or so, I could not capture the creature. My cat was no help as the thing would fly high and low evading both of us.

Finally I opened all the windows and doors and within a minute it was out but several more flew in. It then occurred to me that we had a LOT of wasps this year out there.

So.... I had to shut the door and put the cat and his food downstairs and got a can of Lysol spray and sprayed all around (it's not a true insecticide but it does drive them off, sometimes killing them sometimes not.. it seems a bit safer than the poisons sold to kill insects).

OH The lengths we will go to!
I put bugs outside instead of killing them too..
you made me LOL

He was angry and walking around the gym locker room with both arms up slightly. .. elbows up like wings.

"Another hair spray - deoderant bottle victim, " I silently opined.

He headed back to the shower, confirming my thought. The bottles are two different colors but being transparent soft plastic. .. well.. Some people new to the place grab and squirt without looking.

Heh.

I want to take this moment to thank you all for the good times I've had on here.
I want to start off with my first post on AF over at the OG Evo part (this is exactly what I said):
Im new here so, Hi, LOL.

I Don't Care If The Evo Is Worth More Than My House Or If It's Worth $199, I'm Just Going To Buy It! I've Been Googling (Or However You Say It) New HTC Phones For Sprint, HTC Supersonic, HTC Evo 4G, HTC Evo 4G Price and Release Date For More Than 6 Months Just To Figure Out That I Can't Afford It? No, That's Not Going To Happen! I NEED That Phone!
This was in response to the "Another clue to the evo pricing game" thread, claiming the Evo was going to be a pretty low price. I was 12 years old when I posted that. facepalm :o
I also remember going through the "everybody hates me" phase when I posted the thread asking if everyone hated me right after someone corrected my spelling on a post. People thought I was trolling, but I genuinely felt hated (but I was a kid back then ).
I remember when I would stay up until three in the morning, helping people on here, on school nights.! I was in middle school back then, but ever since I entered high school, I haven't been able to do that. :p
I haven't been as active on here as I wish I could be due to the crazy amount of homework I get everyday (I'm supposed to be doing homework right now, lol), but I think about AF and all you guys EVERYDAY.
I'm now 16 and this won't be my last day on here or anything, but I just feel like telling you guys all this (for the thanks and likes ;) ).
But seriously, I hope that I will become active again fairly soon.
I'm pretty sure a lot of you guys won't be reading this, but thank you EarlyMon, eyebeam, G.Armour, IOWA, NightAngel79, NowVoyager, olbriar, Roxors, SprintFun, and Stinky Stinky for being awesome AF users (though a lot of them are now inactive :p) and motivating me to get on here everyday, and enjoy the AF life.
Special shout out to Steven58 for helping me become a guide (back in my middle school days).
I love you all.! ♥ :) :D
