HTC Hero UK firmware update???

hey....does any1 know when the new android firmware will be released for installation on UK HTC Hero's? I knw the Sprint Hero comes as standard with the new 1.6 android platform....
 
It will be on HTCs site as it will not be the raw FW but a custom SenseUI enabled version.
As for when.. Depends on how early HTC get it before release.

Nobody knows, as it's not near release yet so nothing's been said either way. There are rumours of OTA tests being conducted which may or may not come to fruition.
