Root [Boost Mobile] Accidentally deleted ROM

Let me start off by saying I'm a newbie at all this, so bear with me.
I currently have Team Win Recovery Project v2.2.2.1 as my Recovery.
I kept trying to install new ROMs for my phone, but for whatever reason, TWRP won't mount my SD card. I looked up a guide on how to fix it, but I was confused, and couldn't follow it. I got the bright idea to format my System. That's when it deleted the ROM rendering my phone useless. I made a back up, but it's on my computer. I can't transfer it to my phone, because I can't use it with my phone not working. I go to the part where it says Mount USB, but my computer says it can't be recognized. I tried updating my device from the computer, hopefully restoring the ROM, and it won't work. Any help what-so-ever? PLEASE?

I fixed it myself, what I had to do was go into TWRP and Partition my SD Card, then it mounted and let me mess with my storage, then I installed me ROM again.

Partitioning the SD card allowed it to mount? Someone else around here did the same... really useful tip...

I dont know what happened to that thread but its gone now.

I posted Links in it, user said they wouldn't work, but they were all
to threads right here in this forum.:)

EDIT: Nevermind its still here.
