I simply paste it in /system/app and reboot

Ok so i just replaced the file and changed permissions,also renamed original to .bak....... it took out the drop down menu so i cant even see if it did change colors. How did you apply it

I jus renamed it to systemui.apk then put .bak on the one i had and pasted it in system app changed permissions to rw-r--r and it worked try it again

I did this already, some things dont show up like the the status bar so i dont get a pull down menu, incoming calls, texts and the recent apps side bar.

A flashable package can avoid any issues and will set the perms.

If you need a flashable pack let me know and I'll post a link and as soon as you have it I'll remove the link. Then you can post in OP.

Here you go. Once you have it, let me know so I can remove link.

Instructions:
--(optional) Save copy of SystemUI.apk for backup.
--Flash zip. No need to wipe cache, unless you want to.

Going forward you should keep the original names of the apk's, that way you wont have to adjust these next 2 lines in the updater-script for every theme...

delete("/system/app/SystemUI.apk");
set_perm(0, 0, 0644, "/system/app/LimeGreen_SystemUI.apk");

I left it as you named it.
