Hey everyone!
Wondering if someone can give me some light on this subject.
I recently purchased a new ZTE n860 from Public Mobile (about a month ago) and read many good things about its battery life. What was my surprise to see that, since day one, I cannot get 48hrs on a single charge. Note, I am most definitely NOT a heavy user. I probably use 30min/day for talking and the rest is idling. I have adjusted the display to the dimmest, turned off wifi and GPS, only download the market-know apps, disabled all the data sync, no roaming, etc.
I actually tested and charged the phone and not used it just to see how long the battery would last on idling alone and it lasted for less than 48 hrs.
If I were to lightly (and normally) use it, it would last less than 24 hrs. I highly doubt that this is normal but would like to check with fellow owners of the ZTE Warp before going back (again) to Public.
Should I ask for a new battery or a new phone while I'm at it?
Thanks for reading!
