Help help? I need to save and back-up my phone's data for repair

I went to the beach the other week and my phone fell in the water(I quickly picked it up). Long story short, the "front buttons"(Home, search, option, & back buttons) don't work. To make matters worse, my phone is unchargeable(yes I tried different batteries and chargers) and the usb slot doesn't work. My phone didn't have an SD card when I first got it and it still doesn't have one(I didn't think much about buying one). Is there anyway I can save my phone's data before I send it in for repair? My brother in law works in t-mobile if that helps. I'm hoping that he might be able to extract my data out of my phone if it's possible. I'm living in NYC and the closest Samsung facility is way south, in Texas. I feel screwed right now because all those months of capturing moments in life with my camera, making my phone close to "perfect", etc. will all go down the toilet. Can somebody help me out with this problem? It's been almost two weeks without my phone :(

Sorry about your phone Robert. :(

Will it even turn on at all? Can you get to your apps? If so, you could install something like Google drive and copy to it or Kies air or airdroid and copy to your PC.
