Root [Verizon] 0 folder

Can I delete this zero folder? This took up majority of my space on my phone after root its 6.5 gb..

If you are on a 4.2.x ROM, that's the folder it uses. That is my understanding. Somebody correct me if that's wrong

Well cleanrom is 4.1.2...soo also my other question is what if I was running 4.2 and above and deleted whatevers not needed in that 0 folder
