I've been having problems with the stereo Bluetooth "play/pause" button not working on my Warp Sequent (Stock, ROM, don't matter). At all. Well, it DOES make the sound u get when u press the button but nothing EVER happens. No play, no pause. Have to do it manually from my phone. Every single other button works perfectly, press sounds and phone interactions. I use the Motorola MotoRokr S-10HD. It's not my headphones cuz I've replaced them with new ones... Same problem. When I hook them up with my Motorola i1, everything is perfect again. My brother's Samsung Prevail... Perfect, no problems. So I've eliminated some possibilities, leaving only the phone somehow to blame. I contacted ZTE and at first they played stupid and told me to do the things I had already done (before I even bothered contacting them). Next, I kinda got mad and decided to call instead of email and passed me around to a few people before the right person (I'm assuming) got on the phone and said that "they are aware of the problem and was working on a fix for it" Now, my questions are: 1- has anyone else noticed this? 2- is this an A2DP program issue, Kernel issue? 3- does a kernel even HAVE any bearing on this issue? This is a real pain because when I'm out on a bike or sk8park I can't turn my music on or off without pulling my phone out of my pocket (a bad idea in both places!) Any ideas, knowledge, or possible fixes would be a big help (plus I thought I would let certain important ppl know before completion of "pending ROMs" to incorporate a possible fix in the project)
