Root Volume Down + Power is not sending me to recovery...

Yeah, I think it's time for a new phone. Before sending the phone, my plan was to make the phone look as stock as possible. I flashed the ZV4, Boost stock ROM and now I get a slow-motion Boost Logo followed by eternal black screen.

Sounds like the cache and davlik need to be erased, I do not know the proper way to get into recovery but you really do need to do that, maybe factory reset if no option for davlik and cache wipe.

I would try leaving it unplugged with the battery out for at least half a minute. You might also try removing the battery, then holding the buttons while you reinsert it.
