Android 4.3 Update Starting Today

Thanks, a Canon 7D is what I use. I did it this way as it is a straight JPG from RAW, untouched. No blaming Photoshop etc.. As also mentioned, just patience but that trick once in a while COULD speed things up but as mentioned it may need to be done several times before it gets the update. Again all luck of the draw as to when and how it hits the server it seems.

Edit; all the metadata for the pic is there I just took it a few minutes ago...........

If you haven't gotten the OTA yet try this.

Go to settings > apps > all. Scroll down to Google Services Framework. Force stop and clear data then check for update. If it doesn't work the first time try 5 more times. This has worked for some people.
Yes! This worked for me... thanks!

The Google Services Framework trick worked for me. I had to do it like 5 times and just got the update. FYI if you have an issue upgrading or downloading apps from the Play Store after the upgrade, just delete your google account and then re-add it.

I also tried to do the manual update by the "Google Services Framework" method and I don't have such an animal listed!! Help. I want Android 4.3!
I keep checking for the update. Live in SW Florida.

That tip worked for me too. I have 4.3

However I cannot download or update Apps in the Play Store.

I tried the "Google Account Swap" trick and it didn't work.

Tried clearing the cache and data. Restarted it. Nada.

Any ideas?

Delete your Google Account then add it again. Go to Settings/Apps/Accounts.
Select Google.
Click on the 3 dots at the upper right. Select Delete.
Add the Google account back in. When you do that select "Existing" not "New" when prompted.

That fixed it, thanks =)

Are you looking under the all tab in apps? It should be there. It controls a lot of googly stuff.

My only gripe with the update is it seems to have broken the Digital Clock Widget. Now it will not center and it cuts of the bottom portion of the date unless you resize it.

mine finally updated on the 30th, (thought i recalled reading that date somewhere, perhaps that is the official date) and my notification LED is working again.
