Random Thought Thread

I don't get the "all natural" trend. Cyanide is all natural, it will kill you. The ackee fruit is all natural, but you won't be feeling good if you eat it before it's ripe. Fugu is all natural, but if you eat the wrong cut, you die. Castor beans are all natural and very deadly. Lots of things in nature can kill you in more horrific ways than anything manmade can. I just don't get it.

I wish I had a Car Monkey. It would be like one of the flying monkeys from The Wizard of Oz. Except meaner. When stuck in traffic and surrounded by idiot drivers I would unleash him/her and have him/her drop huge balls of monkey poop and banana skins on the vehicles of bad drivers. I would also have them pee into the windows of offending drivers. Extreme? Yeeeeeeeeeeah...

Satisfying? Yesssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!! ;)

Oh no.. i feel like the boy who cried wolf lol. We have a new pet we found today and have no idea what it is. Im gona try n take a good macro picture of it in the morning to see if anyone on g+ can ID it but to me it looks like maybe a tiny baby stick insect.. mantid type thing but really tiny. We found it in the tarantula tank so my guess is it could have came as an egg in the substrate (stuff you put at bottom of tank) which is made from shredded coconut fibre. Hope its stil alive when we find out what to feed it :)

UPDATE it seems to be eating a leaf of spinach. Ill be glad if it is coz then we have a vegetarian.. easy to feed :)

Wow wow wow wooooow what a cool looking little dude!!

Wow man what is his / her (insects usually females are "king" like queen bee and queen ant etc etc) name? :)

Wow that is a really cool looking guy man!

I found an Albino praying mantis in the house here and he / she had RED eyes!!

Wow it was a really cool looking little albino dude that and he was cool checking the scene out and I hear that insects have a rough time trying to survive in nature when they have the gene for albinism because their camouflage is now pretty much screwed (unless it is a white world or area they will totally thrive in because now they have got the upper hand and not the green praying mantis) so not that many or very very few albino creatures survive in general in nature so this is why they are very rare.

This is just what he / she looked like with kind of red or black eyes (not 100% sure did not want to scare it)!
