Yeah, thats like the first message I got right before the one from my credit card company saying they stopped it because they thought it was fraud.

yea i saw that, mine actually says we have received your order not currently being processed. i used my debit card and there isn't a funding problem so not sure what the deal is. may have something to do with the way my bank processes transactions maybe?

i'm not too worried about it, i'm buying another one in the store thursday morning anyways. i know i'll get the internet one sorted out i just want it to arrive on time. :)

Saw that too and was about to post it...may help to speed things up if you cant call verizon internet sales, call your credit card company and check if they stopped a payment or if you need to authorize a payment.

credit card company is my bank since its a debit card so i would have to call them on monday.
 
The theory seems plausible.

"Order Status: Your order is currently being processed. Please check back tomorrow."

Basically credit card/debit card transaction did not go through. Call Internet Sales tomorrow and sort it out I guess.

unfortunately internet sales is closed until monday. i may see if a csr can possible sort it out. i don't know why it wouldn't go through i use this card to pay my bill every month.

and dont know if this matters to alot of people, but it did to me, i pre-ordered on the 19th and my confirmation page did not list the 2gb micro sd card under the package contents, so i cancelled the order and pre-ordered again yesterday and it did include the 2gb micro sd card. i dont know if they actually would have shipped it without it once they decided the would be giving it, but just in case i wanted to have it on the documentation.

the 2gb card was discussed on the main thread but most of us had already ordered larger cards so it was of little importance, but still free is good.

so are you saying if we didnt get the card in our list of equiptment that I wont be getting the 2gb card?

Wherever we go things get broken! First it was all the refreshing on the Original Incredible Thread, then it was the VZW site on the 19th and now it's the order status page. That is some funny ish!
