i couldn't tell you as i have no way of knowing but i'm just saying even if we did get the cards it wouldn't matter much to me since i already have an 8gb. not sure who alls getting the free cards.

i just figured if i get the free 2gb sd i can put off buying another one for a little while at least. especially if the whole "apps cant see the onboard 8gb" thing is resolved by the official launch.

i did it yesterday morning. im in afghanistan right now so yesterday morning for me was about 11pm eastern time on friday.

The issue with the 2gb card is the principle of the matter. You don't screw your absolute die hard customers by not giving them something that you include in the same window period that they ordered in.
