'lock screen' function gets disabled.

Every time I receive or make a call my 'lock screen' function gets disabled.
It doesn't get turned off, it's enabled in the 'settings' it just isn't working after a call.
I have to restart my phone to get it to work again.

This is very annoying and I have to restart my phone after every call.

I have no idea why it does this, can any one shed some light???

Hi,

This seems like a software issue. You may want to try doing a factory reset; however, be sure to back up your phone before doing so as you will lose everything on it to include the apps.

I did a factory reset, but the problem persists.
