This article states that our device should be getting 4.2. I'm losing my **** right now. It's for the intl. version. HTC One SV Update Arrives With Android 4.2 and Sense 5 - Gotta Be Mobile

You're angry because? The way I see it, we're still getting the 4.2.2 update and sense 5, just not right now (US version). But boost [bold]should[/bold] have it, from what I've read so far. If not, then yeah, you got have a reason to rage quit.

It's not that I'm angry. (Secretly, yes.) It's just that even if I have the stock recovery, it won't flash even the most recent OTA from Cricket. I've tried all of the options. And yes, the SV is worth it. I just...nyeh.

Hurr Durr. I restored the stock ROM. (Yes, odexed, Cricket won't take frickin deodexed ROMs.) I have restored the original boot and recovery.img. Something fishy, if ya ask me...

if you are still s-on you'll have to re lock your bootloader

ok, I'm going to upload a file your you. it is going to be named PL80IMG.zip

what you're going to do with it is place it on your sdcard EXTERNAL the One that you can remove, just to clarify. and put it on the root of your sdcard, meaning don't put it in any folders. once it's placed on the root of your micro sd then reboot into your bootloader. once in your bootloader the bootloader will automatically look for and find the PL80IMG and ask you to press the volume up button to update then it will update your Hboot/bootloader to the correct one that will allow you to accept OTA updates. you will NOT lose s-off. so no worries there. give me a few minutes and I will upload the file for you.

make sure to put the file into a folder once you reboot into the OS. so it doesn't reflash the Hboot over and over every time you boot into bootloader

if you use superSU for root then you can select OTA survival and it will keep root even after OTA updates

No go. Just says "parsing..." and then goes to regular HBOOT.
