Probably some build.prop stuff needs to be changed to get Sprint TV and Locations working properly. I'll look into it when I have a chance.

Cell but I had to switch lte off like other Sense roms because Sprint tv thinks lte is WiFi.
Still no luck.

I had problems with it on all other Sense 5 roms so I honestly didn't mess with it much.
The old version has never failed except on 4.3.
Then I use the latest version.
Will try the new version again.
I did use those settings though.
For some reason my Ps3 doesn't see it.

It probably would be best to update firmware to the latest version, yes. But it's not necessarily a prerequisite. There's only one update since the one you're on.

I think it was just 3 files I replaced. I wouldn't even bother flashing it personally; I'd just download the changed files and replace them.
However, if you are so inclined as to flash the entire ROM, a dirty flash should be perfectly fine.

HTC said that we should be getting Sense 5 - 4.3 before the year end. I won't hold my breath on that empty promise -- however, it would definitely make things easier for you guys (dev) to having a "fully completed" Sense 5 Rom. [^^]

It was confirmed again today that the official update is in the works. Not sure why so many people think it's an empty promise; that just wouldn't be smart.

I see you manage to changed the downanimation and bootanimation and still retain to keep the quick settings notifications -- awesome.
For some reason I see 4G LTE popping up quite frequently on (my phone) this version (r17).
Hey, it could be a Sprint issue and not the Rom. [Time will tell.]
Nonetheless, everything else I've tested so far has been peachy.
