You might wanna try clearing data on the voicemail application.

Personally, I haven't used Sprint voicemail for a long time. I find "youmail" voicemail (free in the play store) very dependable ...and works great too. :)

You don't have a third party SMS app set to handle all MMS by default do you?

If you've gotten some cryptic short messages that you've ignored or blocked - those were for voice mail.

I did that once.

Also, I've found that for whatever reason, voice mail can seem to get stuck. Not often but it happens.

I found that calling my number and cleaning out all messages unsticks it.

And I *think* that mobile data has to be on in Settings no matter what, but I'm not 100% sure on that one.

Here's a solution: Contact Sprint and let them know the problem you are having.

They'll reset your voicemail settings... -- better yet, if you have the Sprint application installed...you can reset it on your own, plus.. there are other features that you might find useful.

Thanks rush and earlymon. I wasn't sure if it was a Rom issue or just my issue. I have had it get "stuck" before too. I downloaded youmail and it is working fine right away so I will give that a go for a while.
 
I am not able to send or receive MMS with the new Hangouts app. I've tried several things but can't get it going. Is there anything I can do to get this going or maybe a way to get the default Messaging app not to compress so much?

The Hangouts issue is an issue with the app and this device, not the ROM.

As far as the compression, I'm not sure what causes it, so I have no idea how to fix it.

i agree with you captain 100%, but there are some who do not know any better. but this is good to know.....does this rom have issues with touchscreen like the previous firmware update?

I believe I have fixes for everything but Sprint TV & native tethering, which is just a big pain. I think I figured out how to fix the Dialer issues, and sun_dream of course has the media file fix.

I think the next revision might be the last. I know yankees over on XDA has Zoe partially working, but I'll leave that to him.

Well I committed r18, but it missed the file I deleted to fix the Chinese text issue. Ah well.

Apparently yankees got Sprint TV working. I have no idea how. I might need to rebase my ROM, if it's fixed in one of sun_dream's patches.

Get streaming fixed and this would be my daily for sure.
