Root [International] boot animations

Anyone know how to change boot animations? I'm not a total noob I'm just news to this phone. I already have a custom animation that I've used on my other phones.

Rom Toolbox app is the easiest way mate. Always have a recent nandroid though :thumbup:

I guess what I should ask is where is the boot animation stored on the Galaxy s3

This app doesn't install the animations. It says it does but it's the stock animation still. If someone knows where the system stores the boot animation zip, it would appreciate to know. Thanks in advance

Hmm i cant remember bro. /System/media/......... probably. Rom Toolbox works great for me. Its the payed one though

Rom Toolbox pro is worth the pennys lol.
Try the tablet animitaions at end of list, they fill the screen. The terminator one is COOL!

After I find a usable custom rom I will use romtoolbox. I tried one rrom already and it broke my efs file

What rom, baseband, and kernel are you using

Mine is a T-Mobile T-999. Android version 4.1.2, Baseband version T999UVDMD5 and Kernel 3.0.31-1128078. All stock just rooted.

It is different now with 4.3. The animation must now be a Samsung qmg file.
