Help Setting up a new N7?

What is the best way to set up my new N7 to be like my Motorola Maxx HD? FWIW, I have My Backup Pro on my phone. Or, is there a better way than using that app? What is the easiest way? TIA!

I don't have that app, but from what I've read, you can use it to send backup to another device. This may not be the latest edition, but may help. http://www.talkandroid.com/guides/b...i-using-the-migrate-feature-in-my-backup-pro/. It looks pretty easy but won't know until you try. If it messes up, you can always factory reset. Has your Moto received kitkat yet? Same os should help.

Thanks for the information. I will ended up just doing it manually to familiarize myself with the N7. Now I am researching a case. Fully updated and working great.

I'm generally liking mine quite a bit, though I wouldn't go so far as to say love. It bugs me that you can't customize the Quick Settings panel, something that can be done in CyanogenMod.

I had more issues than I probably should have had with rooting mine and getting it to work as a USB mass storage device, but I think I've got those issues sorted now.

I now have three Android and three Windows devices, and can think of specific circumstances where each one is more useful than the others. Such a geek... :p

Get xposed framework and you can customize quick settings.

How are you guys liking your n7's.

I just upgraded from the 2013 n7. Its noticeably snappier and the screen is significantly better. I also like the weight and thinness. The size of the top and bottom bezel bugs me. I wish they had shrunk that more or expanded the screen a bit. I think 7.5 would be perfect myself. Despite that, the decreased weight makes this all in all a definite improvement over the previous version in my opinion.
