Hey all, I got the phone and gradient case today and took some pics. Here's a preview:

The gradient case uses the soft touch plastic so it has a very smooth rubber feel to it. It feels really nice.
 
I wonder if any cases are already planned for the upcoming extended battery + replacement back cover. I imagine the added thickness would not be compatible with the launch cases. Not certain i'll be opting for the extended battery anyway but still curious.

I think they are device specific on this site but the DI is not listed yet. Mobile Devices Suede Jacket Cases - Google Nexus One - Google Android G1 Case - Palm Pre - BlackBerry Bold Case - BlackBerry Curve Case - HTC Touch Pro Case - HTC Touch Diamond Case - Samsung Instinct Case - LG Dare Case - Sony Ericsson Xperia - Noki I'd look some more. I'm sure others carry them. I would bet the Nexus pouch would fit the DI. Compare the phone sizes. I'm not quite sure of the exact size of either device.

Whoa, fellow Uplander. Do I know you? =P

Regardless, I have the black silicon case, it is incredibly nice, its black and fits the Incredible nicely. its not sticky, and levels out the back, slightly elevated above the camera lens.

LOL small world we live in... I was suppose to receive my phone today but unfortunately the delivery date changed to tomorrow :( I cant decide between the red or black. I heard the red was more of a pink....I'll probably just end up going with the black

I don't like the plastic cases because if you scratch them they end up looking more beat up then anything. Classy phone has always gotta look classy. =P

I had a plastic case on my ipod at one point, after a week or so it looked awful. Did you pick up your case from your local Verizon store in Upland? I suppose I could call, I wanted to make sure they have them in stock b4 I make a trip over there. I avoid that place as much as possible.

I went to the Colonies store, they had both in stock. i got it when I went to pick up my Incredible at 8AM this morning before class. =P
