Root [MetroPCS] Stuck in recovery what do I do?

ajamie posted in another thread to look at his own But the link he posted is broken. So I have no idea what to do.

Mount as USB in advanced mount and format section, push a solid backup over to the phone and restore. Or install a rom.

I have a backup already but it keeps saying cannot mount /data and also I see mount as usb in mounts and storage and it does nothing when I hit it.

You have to have it connected to your computer via usb. Also, restart CWM?

Yeah I restarted it and have it connected still nothing and nothing from my computer either. Data still inst mounting. Thanks btw .
