Root HTC Evo stuck on screen with 4 triangles and "HTC" in middle!!!!

i went to the link you posted and it says error it no longer exists....i want to say it was titled open box on the page. There are options to go to "home", "forums" or "faq". What do i do now? I really am happy to have your help with this.

RUU_SuperSonic_GB_Sprint_WWE_4.53.651.1_Radio_2.15.00.0808_NV_2.15_release_209995_signed.exe

this is a ruu right before the one i linked. looks like i have to re-upload the other file. so try this one first. and if not then i have the newer up in a bit if you need it.

Ok, thank u again. I wont be able to check it out until I get off work this evening but I think it will work because I accidentally clicked on it from my phone and it started to download. I did stop it. I will post once again tonight after I get home to my pc.

after the download got to 100% it put a red shield with an "x" in the middle that says the publisher of the download couldn't be verified. Can i still use it? Do i need to do something to my computer so it doesn't give that red shield? I think its like a windows warning or something. Do i need to redownload the file?

should be ok. it could be your antivirus software maybe. i have never had this. but i have used that very same file for myself.

it is from my dropbox account.

I have a new question.......friend of mine rooted his epic touch and is having an issue with his service signal. Would that have anything to do with it being rooted?

this question really has nothing to do with the op and needs to be moved to its own thread.

With that Said I will say I have heard of people claiming to have signal issues after the root process but to be honest rooting does nothing to the phone but turn securities off hence (S - OFF) Also this question is best posted in the Epic Forum as this is the Evo Forum.

could any one help me please, I am facing the same problem mentioned above, stuck with HTC logo in the middle and four Exclamation Points in triangles in each corner>

since I bought my phone I can not flash any rom other than CM7.
the problem, I thought the best solution is to go back to stock>
thats why I tried to flash the following rom and I forgot that my hone is still s-off:
RUU_SuperSonic_GB_Sprint_WWE_4.67.651.3_Radio_2.15 .00.12.19_NV_2.33_release_234563_signed

and I ended up by the mentioned above issue>

have you tried running the ruu again?
 
hey guy im havinf the same problem my att htc inspire, im stuck and dont know what to do, ive tried drown grading, my S-on, i can seem to do anthing in the state, when i do think that the update is going through it stops at 63%, i leave it for hrs and still the same thing, i can really use your help right now guys, any idea?

first off this is the htc evo 4g forums, so i hope you did not try any of the suggestions found on this thread. i would post in the HTC Inspire 4G - Android Forums forums to get device specific help.

I personally have not seen this but reading thru this thread, it seems like you need to run an ruu again.
Were you trying to run one already, but it never finished?

I tried in another computer an I was able to run the Android Flasher, but now it is telling me the Phone have S-ON.

This is the log after running the Android Flasher:

I copied the ROM as mentioned in step 2, reset it the phone but still the stuck in the 4 triangles.

Tried to run the RUU but also failed. But now it shows a different screen

I tried to connect to the phone with ADB but is doesn't show the Device.
I tried to connect with fastboot and was able to see it.

Should I try something with the fastboot?
