The only question I have is .. I have been running CyanogenMode 11 for a bit but want to go back.. My stock ROM is an MVLUEMK5 for Bell Canada. Now before I went to CM11, I had kernel 4.3.. It now has 4.4.2. Can I still use that ROM ? I know you cannot go back in firmware, but can you in ROM's ? And if I cant, do I need to downgrade my kernel ?

You can go back to stock rom as long as its not below 4.3 mate :thumbup:

Yeah mate AFAIK but please wait for confirmation.
The way I see it, as long as you're not trying to overwrite the Knox secure bootloader, the phone wont brick itself.
I'm gonna ask someone clever and get back to you......

You're on a custom rom, you still have the 4.3 bootloader.
You can definitely go back to 4.3 from a custom rom.
I forgot we're in the i9300 forum and didn't get official 4.4 :thumbup:
