Help Hook up my s4 mini to television set?

I don't think that phone is HDMI capable so you can get a MHL to hdmi cord and hook it up that way. they have them on amazon just do a search for your device.

the S3/S4 also supports OTG function through it's micro USB (plugging in USB flash drives), the S4 mini does not have the same function, even though it has the same micro usb as the S3. The mini name does not just mean smaller screen, it is also reduced functions. Next time I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get a full spec phone, as 3 are doing away with unlimited tethering (my tablet has micro hdmi out), hopefully mhl will bypass the tethering issue.
 
yea no MHL is not a common feature at all, you can only find it on the full spec galaxy S models.

i did a lot of research so i know the smallest phones with MHL are the Meizu phones everything else is bigger.
