So, sitting here looking at a Galaxy S5 from Verizon that someone lost out in the road in front of my significant other's place of work. The screen doesn't work. It's got some hairline cracks and you only see the briefest flicker in the upper right corner area when you power the device on.
Hooking the phone up to Kies says the device is locked and the password needs to be entered on the phone itself.
So, I figure at this point the only useful thing to really do with it might be to just drop it off at the nearest Verizon Wireless store, yes? Does it make sense to do that? I mean, if I do, will Verizon come clean to the device owner and let them know it was turned in? I want to assume they would. But, you know. Never assume, right?
