Wrong section. This should be in the root section and the answer is never. CM mostly supports flagship devices. Although we have a few developers working on an unofficial port for the MetroPCS variant of the phone.

The ROM is already in movement. Its in pre-alpha stage but I'm sure developers will have it for general use in no time.

also for european version or only for american version?

Could be used for eithet actually,
we are using parts from the eur port, kernel, some libs and such to make this thing work
