Have you tried fastboot reboot ?

Yes but the problem with that is every fast boot command I run just hangs on "waiting for device". I think it might by OS'S fault because I've played with it a while lot In the past services-wise so I think that might've broken something with the drivers and compatibility. I'm going to try a fresh install of windows and see if that works for me

So this could be a problem...

You can't exactly unbrick because you don't have download mode... And from what you posted on the other thread you don't have CWM... So afaik, you don't have many options here...although I could be wrong, you might want a second opinion on that.

Are you still getting the same fastboot message on your phone as before on the other thread? If not, what does it say now?

Okay, so good news: after a fresh windows install with no tweaks whatsoever, fastboot recognizes all commands I throw at it, so I tried fastboot reboot although it reboots into fastboot. I downloaded the CWM img and used the Laf tool to put it on my phone, phone looks like it took CWM in. So now what? Since fastboot recognizes my commands now

Alright. Here we go. Download this http://d-h.st/5T2 then place it in the same folder that you have Run.bat in.

I did that and selected D, no problems there, but then I rebooted via the multitool only to be back in fastboot... am I doing something wrong?

Okay, I did E and it went smoothly with no problems. Now I'm a in battery charge boot loop. 0%, although fastboot isn't showing up anymore idk is that plus?
EDIT: nevermind it went back to fastboot a few mins later. What's next?

Ok, download the Firmware here: http://oudhitsquad.com/android/LGE/Firmware/MS323/MS32310b_00.kdz Then download the LG Flash Tool here: Dev-Host - LG Flash Tool 2014.zip - The Ultimate Free File Hosting / File Sharing Service

Once you get those downloaded, extract the files from the LG flash tool zip somewhere. And to make things a little easier, put the firmware in the same directory as where you extracted the flash tool files.

Then open the LGFlashTool2014.exe up. For 'Select Type' choose 3GQCT. For 'PhoneMode' select EMERGENCY. Then go down to Select KDZ file and find the MS32310b_00.kdz file.

Now Click normal flash. A window like this should pop up:

Click start.

You should now see this:

Just click OK

A new window should pop up like this:

Your progress bar on your phone should now be moving. Congrats, we're almost done. If another smaller box pops up, just ignore it.

Simply wait for the progress bar on your phone to get to 100% and the phone should reboot, and everything will be nice and new again :D

YOU. HAVE. JUST. SAVED. MY. LIFE. OMFG I could kiss you right now! You're amazing!!!! A fresh start!!! Oh, BTW, I think this guide should be made into a thread and stickied if anyone runs into this situation. I would be happy to do it unless there's already a guide. Thanks, twogbsd! ^_^

From the sound of it, 'complete flash' means the CS Tool does a full deletion of all user files and brings everything back to stock (not sure of this, but making a guess). Flash Tool preserves user data and only flashes system partitions and system files, meaning your settings, pictures on internal SD, and apps and their data are saved.
