i think that I may need some people to test this after a data a cache wipe

I also need logcats and dmesgs


So if anyone has one of the phones that has a camera that does not work, and knows how to wipe, get logcats, and outputs of dmesg

I will need your help


otherwise this will not get fixed
 
any one that has the camera that does not work willing to get me connected to there computer and let me look at the phone with adb ?
 
I did the ext3....things are installing nicely...downloaded pictures mysteriously disappear...

link2sd cannot install it's script...the kk sd fix apps from the play store fix things.....

but I have to re fix after reboots.....

camera works super in all modes except the face camera...it takes pictures of my face...and that can't be good for the phone(a joke)....

I've installed 27 apps...most are xposed mods...

waiting for the storage error....and I've been surprised every time....

even got my Swype back.....

but, other than buttery smoothness....

in settings....the home options still error out to home screen.....that's nothing thou..
I dunno where the pics go....but it's the stock browser that loses em......

I can figure that out...or just use another browser for downloading....

In regards to the link2sd issue, I had the same problem. The SD card wasn't formatted properly. Don't use windows, use a Mac or Linux to format the SD card to have two partitions, and make the second one ext4.

I liked link2sd so much I bought the premium version, it's great because it even moves the app's internal data, which for my email app was 100s of MBs.

LG Optimus F6 MetroPCS rooted.
I have installed this ROM, but it doesn't have what I had on stock rom. (e.x. a good camera app, dividing apps to 3 parts in menu(all,downloaded,widgets) and ....)
How can I flash the original rom which was installed on it. I didn't get a backup of it. I think it should be on the internet. I don't care about the MetroPCS apps. I just want to other apps and features. (Android 4.1.2)

there wont be any metro stuff cuz its from europe, look at the first page and read. he gives you a link to the original apps in a 1.26GB folder, download it then drop the apps you want back to the priv-data, then fix permisssions and you are done. somebody was gonna make a full bloated version of the rom but i guess they didnt finished
 
Please work on camera, because it's so important.
I also used Link2SD, I formatted the 2nd partition as FAT32, because Link2SD couldn't build the mount on ex2,ex3,ex4 fs. Now I can't copy anything to my SDCard, it says "can't write to file. EACCESS(permission denied)"
If you need to test anything, please send a pm to me.
I wish I could find someone to take a backup of stock rom and upload it.

why dont you use a different ROM
 
I installed beta5. I get this message a lot.
Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped.

Edit:
I did a factory reset and it fixed.
 
Impressed by beta 5.

Extremely smooth.

After installing all my apps (around 50) and some cleaning with Root App Delete I have 700MB internal storage left.
 
just to report that earphone's microphone still a no go ._. i dont know it you tried to fix it in this beta since you mentioned a mic.
