i was talking to hroark yesterday and he said it might be that, but since we have the same phone and you dont get the problems i dont know what might be. my earphones work well on 4.1.2 and not on 4.4.2 ._. seems like im really the only one with this problem. might be the earphones not being compatible but i used my skullcandy and my iphone earphones and both dont work.

Check to see if your apn installed. If not Google the apn for you carrier and put it in. I had no apn when I installed the rom.
 
ahhhhhh........

things were cool........

then i got a crash and the phone booted into a screen with alot of really tiny text...and it was'nt the one that asked me if i want to reset the phone......

now all of the sudden it has insufficiant storage.......man..

the two kk sd fix apps say things are still fixed...

but, i can't install anything without error ...

and my internal has a gig of space...and my sd is at 88% empty

hmmm.......i dunno ....

at least i got some things installed and i can still dl movies and music....

oh well.....

I can't connect to my data network, but I can make phone calls and text messages fine. Does anyone have the correct APN settings for LTE? or a fix for this in the latest version?

oh well the worse that can happen is that i would need to restore my stock 4.1.2 everytime i need the mic...

do you know if backing up and restoring a rom continuously might damage the phone?

anyhow thanks for trying. people get worse with no camera lol

I have the same issue. Tmobile F6. I did the fix. But I have no data after reboot etc. Running Beta 5.
 
Rom looks great runs great thank you for all your hard work on it.
The only thing for me is no WiFi tethering well for me it doesn't work.

Beta5 works great after I got 4g data APN settings set. Cant get my hotspot to work connect no internet.thanks hroark13

I havent had to put APN info in for Tmobile since 2010 when I have a Iphone 3g unlocked lol

I had completely forgotten about APN settings. It working now.
Im gonna edit the build.prop now so I can see LTE stuff like normal.
Doing a speedtest without lte right now.

When I switch to LTE I lose all data....... Grrrr
But GSM/WCDMA works no problem.

Yes I sure did. I have reflashed the rom and done this twice now.

And editing the build.prop to just say TMO instead of OPEN I lose all data. And I have the LTE T-Mobile APN setup.

NVM. Finally got LTE. Had to delete and redo APN after build.prop edit. Stills says 4G as I dont know how to copy a whole build.prop over to my phone from the computer. Sorry still learning guys.

Ill figure out somehow. I just broke my phone with build.prop lol
Reflashing.

I copied the build.prop over to my pc, copied the settings over, copied it back to phone. Rebuilt it in root explorer but I still broke the rom.
Its just on a black screen with led flashing every color on home button.
 
all u do is extract the build prop from the rar open it with note pad copy n paste the modified then u drag the new build prop back into the rar

the build.prop wasnt in a rar when copied from my phone. Just opening it with notepad in windows 8.1 let me edit it.
But it didnt work when I put it back on my phone.
