HTC one m8 on lollipop but still using dalvik?

Hi, I just upgraded my HTC one m8 to android lollipop 5.0.1 and when I after I was done upgrading, I checked cpu-z and it said that my java VM was still dalvik and not art...how do I fix this?

I'd guess the app is lying to you. If you're definitely on lollipop then you're running in ART

Alright thanks! I was thinking that the app was giving me false info as well

You can be sure by going into Settings, Developer Options, Select Runtime. You can set your phone to Art. If it is still Davlick, it will take a while to switch over.

Cpu-z is worthless.

Absolutely, completely, and totally.

And ART is not a Java VM.

Neither was the Dalvik VM. It's far more than just a Java VM.

Lose the app, it's idiotic.
