That would be delightful :)
Alright. Just remember that it is rom specific and needs to be updated whenever there are large changes in the kernel. Might go ahead and make a script for generating or something, IDK. I won't be able to work on it today or even perhaps this week. I am sick as a dog today and I've got work Thursday and Friday.

So I've been with this ROM since the beginning on my MetroPCS LGMS323, i rooted and flashed it correctly, not a noob to the game. Was recieving OTA CM12 updates and after 0308 it crashed with the "Unfourtunately, System UI has stopped working" loop after about 3 mins after booting. wiped dalvik, data, cache Flashed the CM12-2015-03011 update thru CWM. same problem. repeated process, when 0314 and 0318 came out, same problem. Just giving the info. If I need to post any info along with this to help with fixing this, let me know. Always been a CM fan, I have flashed every android phone I've owned with some version of Cyanogenmod (Motorola Atrix 2 (MB865), Samsung Infuse (SGH-I997), Samsung Galaxy S2 (SGH-1727), Samsung Galaxy S3 (SCH-I535)) and I'm looking forward to this one.

@vm03 what if we took systemui from working ms323 version and put it i n a version that has system ui force close?
Problem in keymaste files in /firmware
. I can't get more info. On some ms323 latest versions work. Try to replace /system/vendor/keymaster files from stock.

@vm03 well i tried a quick just overwrite of the keymaster files in /firmware/image and /system/vender/keymaster from stock 10c, reboot, wipe data cahce reboot, and both time system ui still not working. should i steal them from 10b instead? kuz I still got same issue or should i wait until someone who compiles 40K times better than me, to fix it in a flashable zip?

@vm03, I saw in some variants that files in /firmware are named differently. For example, modem files in my d320n are named just modem, while in ms323 they are named modem_fw (I saw this in simplicity updater script, for the record). Might worth checking, maybe keymaste files are named differently also (notice that @Stee is refering to them as keymaster). You should ask someone with ms323 to send you /firmware for inspection.

Files in /firmware keymaste , in /system/vendor/ keymaster keymaster . It different files. I don't know how it work, but i think it parts of crypto keys for hardware encryption. No problem on d32x devices and some ms323, i can't understand it...

But maybe, just maybe in ms323 /firmware, they are not called keymaste but keymaster, just like modem is called modem_fw.
@crutchcorn can you take a peek in /firmware and possibly disprove my lame theory? :D

Ok, so, to assist in helping you guys help me fix this issue, should I post a logcat from the ms323 i have that has the system ui loop? If so, before or after the loop starts? There's about a 30 sec pause after booting where everything will work fine before system ui crashes.
