Help Unable to get "Ok Google" to work from any screen

I just got my Galaxy S6 Edge and was taking the time to set up everything just how I like it. One of the features that I used on my S5 quite a bit was Ok Google. I like using it from any screen, yet when I went to activate it, the option was not there. Did I do something wrong in the setup?

All I did was type "ok google everywhere" into Google Now and that made the option appear

They did an update on 4/20 and since then there have been many complaints about the issue. There was another update last week but that didn't help. I don't know the real story but I miss the feature because I used it.
