I deleted my Google Play Services by accident and now I can't get anything from the play store, it just says "Check your connection and try again" What should I do?!?!?!

Did you definitely uninstall it or just disable it?
If you uninstalled it then I'm guessing you're rooted? Did you make a backup before messing with system apps?

Fwiw, here's a site to download them. You'd have to check your "unknown sources" for downloading apps. (menu/settings/security/unknown sources)
However, I'm not sure which version you need:

Via my apps, it shows it can only be disabled.
But for some reason it actually let you uninstall it, I'd opt for clearing cache/data of the play store and restarting your device and it should re-download your Google play services.

If you deleted it,Post make,model, and carrier of your device and maybe someone can get you the Google play services apk and maybe it can be side loaded.

Does it have to be installed as a system app though guys or will it work in /data?

If it doesn't reinstall itself.
I recall in my flashing days on s3/g2 each time I'd flash a rom, services wasn't included and it would auto download.

Op makes no mention of being rooted, so there's a chance he just disabled it instead.
Regardless if he is, install and a fix sounds right.
