Help annoying factory mode/factory test

i have a galexy note 2 and i can't turn off the factory mode help please. been like it for six months

Hi, can you explain what you mean by "factory mode"? Screenshot if possible

The first thing I'd do is install Samsung's Kies software on a PC and try a firmware repair with that, as the alternative is to root the handset and use a terminal to make alterations to files within the /EFS partition (as illustrated here).

if you go on youtube and look for factory mode on samsung galaxy note 2 the video clip shows the fault
