Help Moving my SD Card from old to new phone.

I have LG Optimus L70 using with Cricket and would like to know how to proceed before installing my 32GB Sandisk Card which is currently in my Metro PCS Alcatel One Touch Fierce 2.

Would love to preserve my apps and settings if possible but if not, the data is of most important.

Anything I need to know before proceeding?

Just move the card to the new device. Any app-specific data folders will be found when the apps responsible are reinstalled.
